How do I book?

Is Airport Taxi Glasgow part of Raz Private Hire?

Yes. Airport Taxi Glasgow is proudly part of Raz Private Hire Ltd. The same operational team and booking system fulfil the journeys.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Enter the correct flight number when booking so flight information can be monitored for an airport collection.

Which vehicle do I need?

Choose by passengers and luggage together. Passenger capacity alone does not guarantee enough luggage space.

Can I bring golf clubs?

Yes. Golf bags take extra space. Please use our Vehicle Guide and declare all golf bags and suitcases when selecting your vehicle.

Do you offer return journeys?

Yes. Select a return journey in the booking system and enter both travel dates and times.

Do you offer immediate taxi-rank bookings?

No. Airport Taxi Glasgow is a pre-booked service rather than an on-demand taxi-rank service. Shorter-notice bookings may sometimes be available depending on driver and vehicle availability, but we do not provide immediate taxi-rank or on-demand pickups.

How much notice do I need to give?

We recommend booking at least 12 hours in advance. Shorter-notice bookings may sometimes be available depending on driver and vehicle availability, while busy periods may require longer notice. Please check our online booking system for the earliest available booking time.

When is my booking confirmed?

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully received through the secure booking system.

When will I know who my driver is?

Your driver is normally assigned around 12 hours before travel. Driver details may be sent closer to the journey time.

Where is the standard pickup point at Glasgow Airport?

For standard Glasgow Airport collections, follow your driver's instructions to the Multi-Storey Car Park, Pickup Point B. Please keep your phone on and check your messages after landing.

Where do you collect at Edinburgh Airport?

Our normal Edinburgh Airport collection point is the Pick-Up & Drop-Off Car Park, Lanes 3 or 4. This is not the taxi rank.

What is Meet & Greet?

If Meet & Greet is selected, your driver will meet you inside the arrivals hall with a name board. Please remain inside the terminal and follow the driver's message.

How much free waiting time is included at the airport?

Airport collections include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting from the flight's actual recorded landing time. After the complimentary period, waiting time is charged at 50p per minute (£30 per hour, calculated pro-rata).

How much free waiting time is included for an address pickup?

Address and hotel pickups include 10 minutes of complimentary waiting from the booked collection time. After the complimentary period, waiting time is charged at 50p per minute (£30 per hour, calculated pro-rata). Please be ready at your booked collection time to help us keep all journeys running on schedule.

Where will the driver stop for an address pickup?

Your driver will collect you as close to the requested address as legally and safely possible.

Do I pay the driver on the day?

Standard bookings are normally pre-paid through our secure online booking system before the journey is confirmed.

What is your cancellation policy?

For cancellations made more than 24 hours before travel, a 70% refund may be available less any applicable administration charge. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable.

Can you carry larger groups?

Yes. Vehicle options include MPVs and an 8-seater minibus. Please choose a vehicle using both passenger numbers and luggage requirements.

Do you provide long-distance transfers across the UK?

Yes. Airport Taxi Glasgow provides pre-booked long-distance transfers across Scotland and throughout the UK, subject to availability.
