Privacy Policy
How Airport Taxi Glasgow and Raz Private Hire Ltd use information when you contact us or make a booking.
Information we collect
When you request a quote, contact us or make a booking, we may receive information including your name, telephone number, email address, pickup and destination details, dates and times, flight information, passenger numbers, luggage requirements, selected extras, booking status and payment status.
How we use your information
We use information to provide quotes, create and manage bookings, communicate journey details, select a suitable vehicle, allocate drivers, monitor relevant flight information, provide customer support, process payments and meet accounting or legal obligations.
Booking and payment systems
The website uses the Raz Private Hire / EasyTaxiOffice booking system. Booking and payment information may therefore be processed by the booking platform and the payment provider used at checkout. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider rather than being stored directly in this WordPress website.
Sharing information
We may share the minimum information necessary with assigned drivers and service providers involved in fulfilling your booking. We do not sell customer information to advertisers.
How long information is kept
Booking and transaction records may be retained for as long as reasonably required for customer service, accounting, tax, legal or dispute-resolution purposes. Other information is kept only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to the use of your personal information. You may also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
