Glasgow Airport pickups
For standard collections, our usual Glasgow Airport pickup point is the Multi-Storey Car Park, Pickup Point B. If you have selected an Arrivals Hall Meet & Greet, your driver will meet you inside the terminal and provide the exact meeting instructions. Read our Glasgow Airport Pickup Guide before travel.
Flight monitoring and waiting time
Enter the correct flight number when booking an airport collection so arrival information can be monitored. Airport collections include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting from the flight’s actual recorded landing time. After the complimentary period, waiting time is charged at 50p per minute (£30 per hour, calculated pro-rata).
Choose the right vehicle for passengers and luggage
Seat count alone is not enough when choosing an airport vehicle. Check-in cases, hand luggage, pushchairs and golf clubs all take space. Our Vehicle & Luggage Guide explains the available options, including larger vehicles for groups and golfers.
Transfers from Glasgow Airport across Scotland
As well as Glasgow city journeys, we provide pre-booked long-distance transfers from Glasgow Airport to destinations across Scotland, including Edinburgh, Loch Lomond, Greenock and other towns and cities. For longer journeys, see our Long Distance Transfers page.
How early should you book?
Airport Taxi Glasgow is a pre-booked service and recommends booking at least 12 hours in advance; shorter-notice bookings may sometimes be available depending on driver and vehicle availability, while busy periods may require longer notice. For early flights, family travel, larger groups and busy dates, booking earlier is recommended. See our guide on when to book a Glasgow Airport taxi.
