Arriving at Glasgow Airport is much easier when you already know where to meet your driver. Airport Taxi Glasgow provides pre-booked transfers only, so your collection is arranged in advance rather than being an on-demand taxi pickup.
Standard Glasgow Airport pickup
For a standard Airport Taxi Glasgow collection, follow the instructions sent by your driver after landing. Our normal Glasgow Airport pickup point is the Multi-Storey Car Park, Pickup Point B.
Keep your phone switched on after landing so your driver can contact you if required. Once you have collected your luggage, check your messages before leaving the terminal.
Arrivals Hall Meet & Greet
If you have selected our Arrivals Hall pickup option, your driver will come inside the terminal to meet you. Please message your driver once you have collected all of your bags and are standing in the Arrivals Hall.
Your driver will confirm the exact meeting point. For many collections we use the area near the Greggs coffee shop in Arrivals, making it easy for both passenger and driver to find each other.
What if your flight is delayed?
When booking an airport collection, enter the correct flight number. This allows flight information to be monitored and helps us plan your collection around the actual arrival.
How long is free waiting time?
Airport Taxi Glasgow includes 60 minutes of complimentary waiting from the flight’s actual recorded landing time. After the complimentary period, waiting time is charged at 50p per minute (£30 per hour, calculated pro-rata).
Choose the right vehicle before you travel
Passenger numbers are only part of the decision. You should also allow enough room for check-in cases, hand luggage, golf clubs and other large items. Our Vehicle & Luggage Guide explains the available options.
Book your Glasgow Airport transfer
Airport Taxi Glasgow is a pre-paid, pre-booked service. We recommend booking at least 12 hours in advance, although shorter-notice bookings may sometimes be available depending on driver and vehicle availability. During busy periods, a longer minimum notice may apply. You can view your journey price and vehicle choices online before completing payment.
